Product Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy :
We have a product exchange policy. In case the product you received is damaged or defective, our Exchange policy has got you covered. Please call us or email us on reports@malasfruit.com. We will arrange for a pick up for the damaged/ defective product and send you a replacement.
If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please call us or mail us at reports@malasfruit.com with your order number and couple of pictures of the material within 7 Days of delivery. We will try and replace the product as soon as possible.

Packaging & Quality Check :
We take extra care in packing your favorite products, so that they reach you in pristine form. All the products are cleaned and packed in hygienic environment by professional with proper precautions. We follow stringent rules for quality check of all products that leaves for delivery to our customers. We request you to check your products at the time of delivery for their quality.
